As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the world of publishing and marketing.

Job Summary:
As a Junior Marketing Apprentice, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to promote our books, authors, and brand across various channels. From social media content creation to campaign execution and market research, you’ll gain valuable industry experience while working towards a marketing qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms
Support the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional graphics
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Help manage and update the company website and digital channels
Assist in organizing book launches, author events, and promotional campaigns
Track and report on marketing performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with authors, designers, and other departments to maintain consistent branding
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for marketing, publishing, and digital media
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) is a plus but not required
