Key Responsibilities:

 Customer Service: Handling telephone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to

inquiries.

 Administrative Support: Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and

organising files.

 Data Management: Maintaining databases, entering data, and generating reports.

 Communication: Drafting emails, letters, and other documents.

 Project Assistance: Supporting the planning and execution of events and projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

 Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and document preparation.

 IT Proficiency: Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Training and Development:

 On-the-Job Training: Practical experience in various administrative tasks.

 Off-the-Job Training: Formal education leading to a recognised qualification in business

administration
