Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position offers valuable hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair within a professional environment. The Apprentice Electrician will be involved in various projects, gaining practical exposure to industry standards and safety procedures.

Duties

Assist qualified electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
Support in wiring, conduit installation, and testing of electrical circuits.
Follow technical instructions and safety guidelines at all times during work activities.
Prepare work areas by organising materials and ensuring tools are ready for use.
Participate in site inspections and assist with troubleshooting electrical issues under supervision.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to senior staff.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; however, a basic understanding of electrical principles is advantageous.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
Previous experience or coursework related to electrical work or technical trades is a plus.
A keen interest in developing a career within the electrical industry is essential.
Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are important qualities for success in this role.
