We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Apprentice to join our Technical Support Department, helping clients and installers with heat pump systems across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience, technical skills, and formal training — all while contributing to the UK’s low-carbon future.

What You'll Do:

Support customers and installers with technical queries (by phone, email, and site visit)
Assist with diagnostics, commissioning, and maintenance tasks
Learn to interpret schematics, manuals, and installation guides
Gain understanding of ground and air source heat pump systems
Participate in technical trainings and site visits
Work closely with senior engineers and the customer care team

What We're Looking For:

Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Strong interest in renewable energy, HVAC, or engineering
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
GCSEs or equivalent in Maths, English, and ideally a technical subject
A team player with problem-solving mindset
A Category B driving licence is a strong advantage
