We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join LaunchPad as Apprentice Sports Coaches, helping us deliver our fun, inclusive and high-energy football and multi-sports sessions in primary schools.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone starting out in coaching or PE delivery — where you’ll learn from experienced mentors, gain qualifications, and be part of a movement that makes sport the highlight of every child’s week.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Coach, you’ll support the delivery of our LaunchPad School Series, Football Clubs, and Multi-Sports Clubs across local schools. You’ll help lead games, encourage teamwork, and create sessions that get every child smiling, moving, and improving.

We’re Looking for People Who:

Love sport and want to inspire children to enjoy it too.
Bring enthusiasm, energy, and positivity to every session.
Are reliable, well-organised, and confident communicating with children and teachers.
Are willing to complete (or already hold) DBS, Safeguarding, and First Aid certifications.
Are available during school hours and after-school sessions (term-time).
