We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. As a Trainee Manager, you will receive comprehensive training in various aspects of kitchen operations, food safety, and team supervision, preparing you for a successful career in management.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Support the management team in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Learn and implement food safety regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Supervise
Participate in staff training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food production.
Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Contribute to menu planning and development, ensuring offerings meet customer expectations.
Address customer feedback promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

As an apprentice you would be required to work pro rata, 38hours a week and attend, complete and pass any training or meetings from HIT
