Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and eager to gain hands-on experience in a nurturing environment. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced practitioners to support the development and care of children in our nursery setting.

Duties

Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
Support the daily care routines of children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive nursery atmosphere.
Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their individual development plans.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.
Collaborate with the nursery team to manage behaviour and encourage positive interactions among children.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in childcare.

Requirements

A genuine interest in early childhood education and experience working with children is preferred.
A genuine interest in completing a level 2 or level 3 qualification.
A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities within the nursery setting.
Commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare at all times.
