About the Role

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, compliance, and administration while working towards a recognised qualification.

You’ll support a high-performing Driving division, helping to resource professional drivers and ensure all candidates meet strict compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and screening candidates for driving roles
Registering candidates and conducting initial interviews
Managing candidate compliance, including right-to-work checks and licence verification
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Supporting consultants with bookings and client requirements
Handling incoming calls and general administrative duties

Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
A proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and data entry)
A genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused role.
