Join the beginning of something exciting at Rich Norton, a brand-new salon opening in the heart of Wimborne. We’re building a fresh, passionate team from the ground up — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Hairdressing Apprentice to grow with us.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn a nationally recognised qualification, and become part of a supportive and creative salon culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting stylists with all salon services including shampooing, blow-drying, and prepping clients
Keeping the salon clean, organised, and welcoming
Greeting clients and providing friendly customer service
Helping with stock, tools, and product setup
Attending regular training sessions in-salon and at college
Learning the foundations of cutting, colouring, and styling hair
Developing your skills with the goal of becoming a fully qualified stylist

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for hair, style, and creativity
Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
Friendly, positive attitude and team spirit
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliability and willingness to work hard
No previous experience necessary — full training provided
Must be eligible to complete a Level 2 Hairdressing Apprenticeship
