Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our partner Roman Catholic Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your expertise will support our mission to provide exceptional educational opportunities while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities

Manage financial accounting processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for internal stakeholders.
Utilize accounting software to streamline financial operations and reporting.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance staff as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and financial planning efforts.

Requirements

GCSE Grade 3 in Maths and English
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting.
Ability to mentor and support team members effectively.
