Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Play Leader Apprentice to help daily running of the nursery and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for early childhood education. This role involves working along side the play leaders whilst studying a level 3 chidcare qualification.

Duties

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery environment.
Maintain accurate records of children's activities, attendance, and developmental milestones.
Drive initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care provided in the nursery.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for children, parents, and staff alike.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English.
Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development.

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
