We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to take on the dual role of Lecturer and Quality Lead for our Apprenticeships and Work-Based Learning programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning while also leading on quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to excellence in education and has a strong background in apprenticeships and work-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching, training, and assessment for apprenticeship and work-based learning programs.
Lead on quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with Ofsted, ESFA, and other relevant standards and regulations.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with funding rules and quality standards.
Provide support, guidance, and training to teaching staff to enhance their delivery and assessment practices.
Develop and maintain robust systems for tracking learner progress, achievement, and satisfaction.
Collaborate with employers, learners, and internal teams to ensure programs meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Prepare for and lead on external inspections, audits, and reviews, ensuring all evidence and documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Stay up-to-date with changes in apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and quality requirements.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence across the organization.

Requirements:

A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent).
Proven experience delivering and assessing apprenticeships and work-based learning programs.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements, ESFA funding rules, and apprenticeship standards.
Experience in quality assurance, compliance, and audit processes within an educational setting.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in education and training.
Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching, learning, and quality assurance processes.
