What we’re looking for:

You don’t need experience — just a love for food, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Our bakeries are fast-paced and hands-on, so bring your energy and be ready to roll up your sleeves!

What you’ll learn:

The ins and outs of artisan baking at scale
How to use professional bakery equipment safely
Ingredient sourcing, packaging, and customer delivery
The product development process
Food safety, supply management, and quality standards

How the programme works:

42.5 hours/week, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
A mix of on-the-job training and off-site workshops
Monthly travel to Plumpton College
Regular check-ins with your manager and tutor
Support with Maths and English qualifications if needed

Qualifications you'll earn:

Level 2 Certificate in Baking Industry Skills
Apprenticeship Certificate
Functional Skills in Maths & English (if applicable)
