Business Administration Apprentice - Customer First Team

About Us: Ultraframe is a market leader in the design and manufacture of conservatory and home extension products. We are currently seeking a motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our Customer First Team.

Role Overview: As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in preparing orders for our manufacturing team. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating detailed manufacturing instructions using in-house applications
Ordering parts for manufacturing through CAD systems
Pricing bespoke parts
Performing general administrative duties

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong determination, tenacity, and a solid work ethic
Proficiency in MS Office and our in-house IT applications (full training provided)
Ability to prioritize tasks, make independent decisions, and quickly learn new skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service with keen attention to detail
