We’re looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team in Bridge of Allan. You’ll be part of a small, professional operations team that handles vehicle contracts, finance paperwork, and customer documentation — learning the ropes of a busy office while earning a recognised qualification in Business Administration.

You’ll be trained on structured processes and supported every step of the way by experienced team members. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and interested in developing practical office and communication skills.

The Role

Supporting with the preparation and processing of vehicle and finance documents.
Assisting in data entry, record management, and contract updates.
Learning to manage communications and calls in a professional environment.
Helping with order documentation, customer paperwork, and system updates.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone with good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Confident using a computer — email, Word, Excel, and general IT.
Professional, reliable, and keen to build real career skills.
Based within commuting distance of Bridge of Allan.
