We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Business Apprentice who work closely with a small team of office staff, completing various office tasks related to the business and college course. You will be handling sensitive information so discretion is paramount in this role.
As a Business Apprentice you will be working towards a Business Admin Level 3 over the duration of 24 months
We offer a competitive Apprentice salary – Starting at £8.60 per hour
The Ideal Business Apprentice will have the following skills and experience -
- 5 GCSES at C (Grade 4) or above (including Maths and English)
- knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of website maintenance
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to take minutes
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Can do attitude and approach
- Confident in getting involved
- Be a team player
- Open to new things/adaptable
- Proactive and able to use your initiative
- Inquisitive to learn and understand
- Can deal with ambiguity – able to make insights from different information and work on different projects
- Understand the impact on the end customer in the role you’re doing
- Organized and structured in your approach
- Hard working/conscientious
- Takes ownership of your work
