You will be spearheading the companies internal recruitment plans and help to build a strategy for the Fawkes & Reece group. hunting for graduates & experienced people who would be looking for their next opportunity but also you will be tasked in hiring very strategical positions within the business.

What the position will involve:

Shortlisting candidates
Raising employment offers
Updating marketing material for the internal team
Calling applicants who have applied for the role and would like to potentially join Fawkes & Reece
Liaise with our stakeholders in order to find out what our future growth plans
Candidate screening
Careers fair
Inductions

What you will need

No experience needed
Maths & English - 5 or higher
be able to work in a fast paced environment
pro activeness & willingness to go the extra mile.
