If you're keen to dive into the world of HR, this apprenticeship could be perfect for you! We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and tackling administration tasks related to HR operations, reward/payroll, and recruitment. You'll need to be organised, have a knack for detail, and be able to chat confidently both in writing and face-to-face. Being part of a team is a big part of the job, so being a friendly team player is a must. You'll also get the chance to learn your way around HR software, so some basic IT skills will help. HR Operations and Reward/Payroll

Assisting with general enquiries into the HR into the HR Operations and Reward team via our central inboxes, responding and escalating where appropriate

Helping with administration relating to joiners, movers, leavers, payroll, pensions, and benefits

Supporting with drafting paperwork for contractual variations, fixed-term contracts, and flexible working requests

Helping update and maintain employee information and data on the HR Self Service
Recruitment and Early Careers

Assisting with general queries raised by candidates and prospective new joiners

Helping with post-job adverts, contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
-
Supporting administration relating to the on-boarding of new joiners and drafting of contracts of employment or consultancy agreements

Supporting with screening of applications

Assisting with internal and external events, including open evenings, careers fairs and campus events
Candidates should have:

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English, IT and Maths grades 9-6 (A-C)

Recruitment process (Dates subject to change)
We won't assess your A-level/BTEC grades, but we would expect candidates to have completed their GCSEs in English, IT and Maths. Mitigating circumstances will be taken into consideration and if you don't have the minimum grade requirements, we still encourage you to apply.
