Morrison Water Services is part of our water division and is currently looking to recruit a Apprentice to become an External Coach on our Water Services Partnership in Yorkshire

As an apprentice coach you will be part of the Training and Coaching Team, who are responsible for coordinating the performance and development of circa 500 operational staff on client IT systems and mobile devices. You will report to the Training Manager, and work alongside and liaise with Front Line Managers, Project Managers, and operational teams to deliver user training and onsite support, Skills gap analysis, competency assessments, development of resources, data validation, and asset upkeep & inventory.
About you -
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time the apprenticeship program commences
- Possess a full manual driving license.
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Achieved grade A-C in English and Maths or be willing to undertake Functional Skills, which is equivalent to GCSE qualifications
- Be prepared to travel to and work from operational depots, operational sites, and potentially work unsocial hours.
- Be prepared to stay away from home during the apprenticeship to attend quarterly development sessions.
- Have an interest in training, coaching and supporting people within an IT environment
- Possess some basic IT skills

About your apprenticeship
Your apprenticeship programme will be delivered by one of our approved providers. Where you will acquire the basic knowledge, skills and competence to enable you to work productively within a learning and development environment.
Alongside your apprenticeship, you will undertake our award-winning EU Skills accredited Apprenticeship Development Scheme (ADS) programme. The ADS programme provides valuable soft skills development, which is underpinned by mental health/pastoral care. You will attend quarterly workshops to provide you with key skills that will support you in your career journey.
The remainder of your time will be spent under supervision both within the office and out on site, undertaking additional technical training to support your role.
