We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce & Photography Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in product photography, online sales, and e-commerce while contributing to a meaningful cause.
About the Role
As an apprentice, you will support our E-Commerce Executive in managing and growing our online sales platforms. Your work will directly impact our digital presence, from capturing high-quality product images to ensuring seamless customer experiences. This role requires organisation and attention to detail to help boost sales and engage with customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Inventory Management – Help sort, pack, and dispatch customer orders while keeping track of stock.
- Product Photography & Editing – Capture and edit high-quality images of donated items for online listings.
- E-Commerce Support – Assist with listing products on platforms like eBay, Vinted, and Shopify, ensuring accurate descriptions and engaging visuals.
- Customer Service – Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive online shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with the collections team and E-Commerce Executive to streamline operations.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 qualification.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
