About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Administration Apprentice. Alongside your role with CPMS, you will undertake an Apprenticeships to obtain your Digital Applications SCQF Level 6 qualification.
This role is based from our Head Office in Elderslie and is offered on the basis of working 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Leader, the successful applicant will be part of a team providing first class admin support to the business, ensuring the processing of required paperwork, communicating within the team and providing support to the management team. You will use a variety of systems, including CPMS bespoke systems, Sage and client managed systems.
Whilst working full-time in the Administration Apprentice role, you will undertake your Apprenticeship studies with QA Apprenticeships. Role Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming communication, including telephone calls, emails and office visitors, ensuring all information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collate required documents for reactive works, assisting in the full beginning to end process.
- Processing of information through a variety of different systems, including a bespoke company system.
- Using the Sage system to input job data and raise purchase orders.
- Processing the appropriate paperwork for a number of different departments, ensuring all required paperwork is presented in the required manner.
- Working closely with the wider administration team to provide first-class administration support to our management team and wider workforce.
