Apprentice Customer Projects Agent
Full time – 36 hours per week
Salary: £24,242 per annum
Location – Hanningfield, Essex
About the role
We are currently looking for a results driven and proactive Apprentice Customer Projects Agent to work within our busy team. We’re looking for the successful candidate to have excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve most queries within one contact.
You’ll be a point of contact for our field based teams and will be ready to help them when needed. You’ll provide administration support to the department which will include, making appointments for customers, dealing with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining databases as well as updating corporate systems.
About you
The successful candidate will be at intermediate level for MS Office packages including Word and Excel.
You’ll be a team player and have proven customer services experience as well excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to achieve targets.
You’ll demonstrate consistent positive and professional behaviours treating people fairly and with respect creating a good working rapport with both colleagues and customers.
You will have a full driving licence.
