About the Role
As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in the fundamentals of business incorporating business communication and office procedure. This Level 3 Apprenticeship combines practical on-the-job training with structured learning to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in an office environment. You will be working alongside qualified and highly experienced members of staff who will aid your professional development.
This apprenticeship will last for 18 months and once completed you will have a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop effective written and verbal communication using generally acknowledged software.
- Undertake office procedures including document management and procurement protocols.
- Contribute to data management through the use of spreadsheets and databases.
- Dedication to providing the best service to all our clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For
- A desire to learn and contribute to a successful business team.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 4-9 (A*-C), including Maths, English, and a science or technical subject.
- Full UK driving license (or willingness to obtain one during the apprenticeship).
