We are seeking a Recruitment Apprentice to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Receiving leads screened by our Recruitment Administrators for our substantial selection of available nationwide vacancies
- Proactively headhunt suitable candidates for hotspot vacancies
- Contact candidates and build rapport with them to discuss their work history, skills, knowledge, current situation, desired role and career ambitions
- Match candidates to the most appropriate clients and vacancies
- Prepare and submit their application, with intention of arranging interviews with the client
- Continue to liaise with the candidate and client right through to their start date
- There may be an element of marketing involved in this role
There is a bonus structure in place after 6 months and the progression onto a Recruitment Consultant role within the company.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and clerical tasks
