We are working with a garage in Maidenhead who are seeking a Vehicle Technician Apprentice to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have to be motivated, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake checks, and tyre rotations.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance.
- Document all work performed on vehicles accurately for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks when required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
