Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior consultants in sourcing and screening candidates
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Helping manage recruitment processes from start to finish
- Developing your skills in sales, negotiation, and client management
- Contributing to the growth and success of the team
What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
