Our clients are an estate agents in with multiple locations across the south of England. Their Poole branch are seeking an administration apprentice to join their team!

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will support the administrative functions of our organization while gaining valuable experience in a professional setting.

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Handle phone and email inquiries professionally, delivering excellent customer service.
Prepare and manage property listings, marketing materials, and related documentation.
Maintain and update internal databases and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in delivering a seamless client experience by supporting customer service efforts.
Perform general office duties, contributing to a well-organized and productive work environment.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Administrative experience with a focus on customer service
Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
Typing proficiency and data entry experience
Familiarity with QuickBooks and clerical tasks
Previous office experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £7.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
