Roles & Responsibilities
Customer service both in person and over the phone. Communicating with healthcare professionals. Receive and log prescriptions. Issue prescribed items.
Order and maintain stock. Completing pharmacy calculation.
Provide advice to customers where appropriate with regards to storage and disposal. Using initiative to solve problem
Skills Required
Confident, interpersonal skills, ability to communicate. Team player. Ability to use initiative and carry out tasks fully
Working Days
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm
Qualifications Required
4/C or above in Math's and English
Future Prospects
NVQ dispensing qualification. Prospect of permanent employment as dispenser
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: £7.55 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
