Job Overview
We are seeking a warm, friendly individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive vehicles as we transition toward EV. You must be capable of communicating with customers to explain the technology and vehicle systems on existing and future models. Full training will be provided to ensure our focus on delivering excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to allow them to fully understand how their new vehicle operates and provide solutions where difficulties exist.
- Have intimate knowledge of every vehicle in our product range.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs.
- Ability to drive all vehicles confidently including in tight environments.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for presentation to prospects.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Proficiency in working within a retail environment.
- Strong etiquette skills for customer interactions
