Training sessions will take place both at your workplace and at the esteemed Renault Training Centre in Doncaster.
All we require is your commitment to the Apprenticeship Programme and your eagerness to grow into a highly skilled Autocare Technician. For those who excel, there’s the potential to advance to the Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance apprenticeship upon completing the Level 2 Autocare Technician standard.
To be eligible, you must have attained a grade 4 or above in maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
Your duties will encompass mastering the fundamentals of various vehicle systems, including but not limited to steering & suspension, braking systems, battery & charging systems, exhaust systems, and air-conditioning systems. In addition to these technical aspects, the apprenticeship curriculum includes modules on interpersonal skills, customer service, parts management, and stock levels, as well as ADAS, FGAS, and basic electrical vehicle awareness.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you’ll attain the coveted Autocare Technician Level 2 qualification, setting the stage for a rewarding career in automotive technology.
