Job Overview: We are now seeking an Apprentice IT Helpdesk Technician to join our Motherwell office. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone or helpdesk portal.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Install and update software.
- Remotely access and troubleshoot hardware or software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Regularly deploy new hardware, including Windows laptops, iPads, and iPhones.
