Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock for daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen procedures.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- Handle any customer feedback or complaints regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.
