Due to business growth JAB property Services are looking to expand the team and seek a Property Maintenance Apprentice to join the team. JAB Property Services is a team of skilled professionals based in Shepton Mallet, which was established in 2020 and covers an area of around twenty miles radius. Transport is provided from Shepton Mallet near Dobbies Garden Centre.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00 (can vary day to day). No weekend work required.
Pay rate will depend on age and any previous experience, which will be discussed at the interview stage.
Role:
JAB Property Services cover a multitude of services ranging from painting & decorating, decking, fencing, patios, landscape gardening, carpentry and general property maintenance. Work also varies from light work to heavy working conditions, therefore, you will require a suitable level of fitness.
If you have any previous experience within any of the above sectors it would be an advantage, however not essential as training will be provided.
