What we expect from you?
- Qualifications: You will have or be predicted to have a minimum of two GCSE’s (C or above) in Maths and English or Welsh (if first language), if you do not achieve the required grades then you will be required to complete Essential skills Level 2 in Communication and Numeracy in order to start your Apprenticeship.
- Ability to travel: We complete work across Neath Port talbot county borough and your Apprenticeship will require you to work with our in-house teams as well as our contractors so the ability to travel any area within the borough or to our head office based in Baglan ready to begin work each workday is essential.

The role is full time, 35 hours per week (including your college day) Monday – Friday (8:00am – 15:30pm) with a starting salary of £23,613.00 per annum. We will provide paid leave for you to attend college one day a week and a 3-year fixed term contract of employment with Tai Tarian which falls in line with your study period.
