Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards
Assist guests with any inquiries regarding the menu or specials
Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and service
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred
Strong knowledge of guest services and culinary practices
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
Basic maths skills for processing bills and handling payments
Understanding of food safety practices is essential
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests
Team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed
