Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team at our JCB Volkswagen & CUPRA site in Ashford, Kent!
This is a role that may be developed from within, so if you have some experience in the motor industry then this would be useful, but not essential.
Objectives
- Accurately identify customer parts requirements
- Maintain parts stock and stock records
- Process parts orders efficiently
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
