The role is based within a supportive South Support team, covering sites across the South of England, ideally in Surrey, Sussex, or Kent.

Role Overview
As an Apprentice BEMS Engineer, you will embark on a comprehensive seven-year training and development programme designed to build your expertise from the ground up.
You will play a key role in supporting the maintenance and servicing of BEMS installations across a diverse customer base, working both remotely and on-site. The role offers valuable exposure to industry-leading technology and the chance to grow within a team committed to technical excellence and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of Building Energy Management Systems for a range of clients
- Travel to customer sites throughout the Southern Region, providing face-to-face and remote support
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
- Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions, maintaining strong customer relationships
- Commit to studying towards industry-recognised BEMS qualifications as part of the structured apprenticeship scheme
- Follow health and safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A keen interest in BEMS, building technology, or related engineering fields
- Ideally, some familiarity or enthusiasm for electrical, heating, or engineering systems
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the South region
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to support a customer-focused role
- A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Eligibility to work in the UK, evidenced by a valid UK passport
