They will provide the training, support and theoretical knowledge, you need to achieve your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge for a successful career in education.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice in Lytham, you will work as part of a team to support the learning and development of students aged 5-16 years. You'll gain hands-on experience in the classroom while receiving structured training from Pareto to achieve your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons in Lytham.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Assisting with the preparation of classroom resources and materials.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment in Lytham.
- Monitoring and recording student progress.
- Supporting student's social and emotional well-being.
- Participating in training sessions and completing coursework with Blackpool and Fylde College.
- Following school policies and procedures, particularly those related to safeguarding.
