Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

This pivotal role involves overseeing software development, harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence (Al), and ensuring seamless connectivity across all operational areas. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our technological future, driving innovation, and transforming how we operate and serve our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Strategy
- The creation and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
- Promote a digital-first culture and drive the adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
ERP Implementation & Integration
- Look at the planning, development, and integration of the ERP system, ensuring seamless connectivity between all business functions.
- Manage the ERP project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
Software Development & Al Utilisation
- Identify opportunities to develop or integrate software solutions that enhance business processes.
- Explore and implement Al-driven tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Process Automation
- Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate to streamline operations.
- Integrate automation solutions with existing platforms such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other business systems.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead change management initiatives to support digital transformation and ensure user adoption.
Hardware & Security Management
- Utilise Microsoft Azure to ensure all security settings and protocols are in place to prevent the loss of data and reduce the risk of cyber security breaches.
- Manage the hardware inventory and network to reduce downtime and ensure all hardware has the appropriate security software and updates.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor digital initiatives, analyse performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in digital transformation.
