Salary: £25,400

The opportunity:

Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit an Apprentice Client Liaison Assistant.
-
This is a brand new role; you will be joining our ‘DG family’ at a truly exciting time; come and grow your career as we grow.

You will be assisting with managing events, contributing your ideas and initiative to evolve the new Client Experience Centre, supporting the marketing and solutions departments and undertaking general administrative and finance tasks.

If you have:
Essential:

An interest in Broadcast, post production, professional audio, creative media and/ or technology sectors.
-
Professional customer service skills, pleasant and friendly style with ability to adapt your style to different clients and stakeholders.

Desire to shape and develop the new Digital Garage Client Experience Centre, bring fresh ideas and a personal touch to make it a distinctive and valued part of the client journey.

Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and manage projects

Interest in event management.

Interest in social media and content creation.
-
IT skills; including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and comfortable learning new software and databases.

A proactive approach and experience of using your own initiative and ‘thinking on your feet’.

Commercial mindset; numerate and ability to manage a budget.

Awareness of and adherence to confidentiality.

Naturally curious, passionate and creative.

GCSE 4 to 9 or Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Desirable:

Graphic design skills.

Video production and photography skills.

Social media skills.
