The Role:
- Are you passionate about developing business talent? We are seeking an experienced and engaging professional to support learners through the Levels 2, 3 and 5 Business and Management Apprenticeship Standards.
- You will plan, deliver and assess a variety of programmes while providing on-site teaching, reviews and assessments, using modern e-portfolio and tracking tools.
- With a strong background in business and management at a leadership level, you’ll bring subject knowledge to life through coaching, mentoring and tailored guidance.
What you’ll need:
- Assessor Award (required)
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
- Level 5 (or higher) qualification in Management Business and Management sector experience, including at a managerial level
- Valid and current Enhanced DBS
- Strong IT and e-portfolio skills
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Level 2
- IQA qualification (desirable)
- Experience engaging with diverse learners and building strong professional relationships

- You’ll support a caseload of apprentices and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure learners succeed in both knowledge and professional competencies.
