ATD is giving a fantastic opportunity for a keen dog lover to be fully trained in-house as one of our Dog Grooming Stylists!
You will be trained by our experienced groomers and be supported through your level 2 qualification with our partnered college. Day to day tasks involve bathing, drying and styling dogs, helping the Stylists complete their grooms on time to the best quality and helping to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the salon and shop while greeting our clients face to face and over the phone. You'll be motivated to become an integral part of the company, working in line with the mission and vision to maintain and develop the company ethos and standards.
Requirements :
- A willingness to learn and observe practices of the stylists to develop skills
- Be presentable and friendly to reflect the business
- A diligent and responsible attitude
- Developing interpersonal skills and wanting to work well as part of a team in what can be a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Well organised and conscientious attitude
Successful candidates will need previous experience with dogs and/or handling dogs. Please note, this position is extremely competitive and we may not be able to respond to all applications at this time.

Contract length: 18 months
Pay: £16,500.00 per year
