Apprentice Private Care Scheduler /Administrator
The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is the world's first hospital dedicated to cancer diagnosis, treatment, research and education. The Apprentice Private Care Scheduler will be an integral member of the Team, you will be enrolled on the Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3 with Cancer Care embedded with PMA Ltd.
What will the apprentice be doing?
The Scheduler is an integral member of the Private Care Medical Day Unit team, under the supervision of the Scheduling Coordinator and the PPMDU Scheduling Manger. The post holder will coordinate all administrative aspects of the Day Care Services including data collection, reception and clerical duties. The working days will be Monday – Friday various shifts patterns 7.30am -8.00pm.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful apprentice will be enrolled on the Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3 with Cancer Care embedded with PMA Ltd. This will include Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
Training from the employer:
In house training on NHS systems and visual/audio learning.
