Site Management Apprentice (Leadership and Management Professional Degree Apprenticeship)
Job description
Join our Site Management team and develop the skills needed to oversee daily operations across multiple sites. You’ll ensure work is completed safely, to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Supported by a centralised office team, you’ll coordinate progress updates, manage risks, and resolve issues across operational sites located throughout the North West of England.
Duties typically include
· Ensure all site personnel adhere to Health & Safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations
· Monitor and audit performance against specifications and service level agreements
· Collaborate effectively with client and customer representatives
· Coach and train staff on cleaning techniques, including equipment and product usage
· Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
· Carry out administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, equipment usage, and commercial compliance
· Support effective HR practice using people, leadership and development skills
Typical Working Week
40 hours p/w with start time typically between 07:00 & 08:00 inclusive of paid time at university.

We’re looking for someone who:
· Takes a proactive approach and pride in their work, with accountability for decisions
· Enjoys variety in a role that combines site-based and office-based responsibilities
· Can quickly prioritise tasks and solve problems independently
· Is adaptable and comfortable with change
· Communicates confidently and clearly, both verbally and in writing
· Can analyse and interpret information, and relay it effectively to different audiences
· Is curious, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in business and people management
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
· GCSE grade 4 or higher in Maths and English
· A minimum of 104 UCAS points at A-level (grades BCC) or an equivalent (for example, BTEC DMM).
· A Full UK drivers’ licence.
Desired Requirements
Access to a vehicle insured for business use.

· Be aged 18 or over (due to site Health & Safety regulations)
Studies and University Course
This apprenticeship includes a fully funded 4-year BA (Hons) Business Management degree at The University of Central Lancashire.
