Job Title: LV Electrician (Training Provided)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Electrician/Skilled Person to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across DNO and IDNO networks, with full training provided for the right candidate who is keen to learn and progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical works for new connections, diversions, and alterations on DNO/IDNO networks
- Undertake various LV terminations (BWF, AWA, SWA) into EV feeder pillars
- Install lighting and power systems within substations (DNO/IDNO)
- Carry out LV service and mains cable jointing (training available if not fully experienced)
- Opportunity for progression and training on HV terminations
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience within the electrical industry
- Level 2 or Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- ECS Test / CSCS / SHEA card (or equivalent)
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (desirable but not essential)
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety and manual handling
- Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
