As an Aftersales Development Administrator Apprentice for Arnold Clark, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our aftersales development training is a success. You’ll plan and book courses and keep all areas of our ACE learning platform updated and accurate.
This varied admin role would suit someone who is very organised, has great attention to detail, and enjoys working with others.

Hours
This is a full-time position.
Location
Arnold Clark Head Office, Hillington, Glasgow.
Day-to-day duties
- Planning and organising training for our branch network.
- Maintaining accurate staff training records.
- Communicating daily with branch managers and candidates.
- Ensuring our ACE learning platform is accurate, and all scheduled training is live and reported to branches.
- Preparing for new employees joining the Aftersales division.
- Ensuring that the general team admin is accurate and up to date.
- Conduct introduction calls via teams.
Essential skills
- A positive and pro-active attitude.
- Fantastic communication skills.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to be organised and flexible.
Qualification Gained
SVQ in Business and Administration at SCQF Level 5.
