- Hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above (or equivalent).
- Not already hold an IT-related qualification at Level 3 or higher.
- Not have extensive experience in an IT-related role.

Are you passionate about technology and looking to take your first step into an IT career? We’re offering an exciting ICT Apprenticeship in Bristol (BS16), perfect for anyone eager to develop hands-on skills in IT support, troubleshooting, and technical systems.
You’ll join a friendly, supportive IT team, gaining experience with first-line support, user account management, hardware setup, and maintaining IT systems, all while working towards your Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
As an ICT Apprentice, you’ll learn to:
- Provide exceptional first-line support for staff and students, escalating issues when necessary.
- Monitor the helpdesk and respond to calls with excellent customer service.
- Resolve login issues and manage password resets across various systems.
- Assist with simple printer maintenance such as paper jams and toner changes.
- Support the reimaging and configuration of desktops, laptops, iMacs, and MacBook Pros.
- Assist with setting up IT equipment for staff and students.
- Maintain the ICT inventory and update records as needed.
- Carry out and maintain DSE assessments when required.
- Work in a confidential manner while handling data.
- Implement and follow IT policies and procedures.
- Assist the IT team with any other reasonable duties as required.
