Job Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual eager to begin their career in the signage and vehicle graphics industry. This apprenticeship opportunity offers hands-on training and development through our apprenticeship partner, leading to a Level 3 Sign Making Apprenticeship qualification.

No prior experience is required; however, a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Install signage and graphics products in line with technical specifications and company standards.
Prepare and apply custom graphics, including full and partial vehicle wraps.
Operate wide-format printers and finishing equipment in the production department.
Use hand and power tools to assemble, secure, and position signage components.
Take accurate on-site measurements and make necessary adjustments to ensure precise installation.
Adhere to all health and safety protocols during installation and production activities.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace at all times.
Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects within agreed timeframes.

Skills & Attributes

Computer literate, with good English and Maths skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong organisational skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting installation challenges.
Effective communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with colleagues and clients.

Additional Information
This role is primarily office-based, though on-site installation work will also be required.
We are looking for someone who is organised, safety-conscious, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results on every project.
