This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic IT Apprentice to join a fast growing IT Managed Service Provider. The role will be based within our Cyber Team, working on tickets and directly assisting customers. Initially office-based with scope to work on-site.
You will provide technical support across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues within defined SLAs. Your role spans network and endpoint troubleshooting, cybersecurity alert handling, vulnerability management, and collaboration on incident response, while maintaining strong customer relationships through clear communication.
Due to expected growth within the business, the suitable candidate will progress into a permanent Cyber Security Engineer in the future.
