Do you like to work in a challenging environment and are you interested in working across a range of telephone, face to face and web based services?
What’s the role?
You will be based within the Customer Service Centre, dealing with Council services, for example, Environmental Services, Housing and Registration Services. You will be trained to assist Lewisham residents in accessing all our web based services via the Lewisham web site. If so, this is the role for you. The right person for this role will be conscientious and committed to delivering high quality services to our residents.

What we’re looking for
If you have the ability to multi-task, have good computer skills and a confident telephone manner you could be well-suited to the Customer Service Centre Apprentice role with us. It's also really important that you're a people person - you'll take a genuine interest in the residents of Lewisham and the environment we live and work in. Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
